Returns:

We at Pashmillon provide the easy return policy:

• You must inform us about your return within 15 days from the date of delivery.  
• we will return your full amount in your bank account.
• The return of the product is to be done by customer. We currently do not provide a reverse pick up service.  
•  The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering. Logistic Insurance is suggested.
•  The product should be returned in a well packed box so as to avoid any damage in the transit. 
•  The shipping address of Pashmillon fabrics should be Clearly mentioned on the package to be returned and in complete detail.  

We do not accept returns if:

• The items are TAILORED FIT/ Customised products.
• The product is damaged or has been tampered with in any way. 
• The product has been used, worn, washed or changed in any other way. 
• Crafts are prone to a slight variation in the design, color and pattern work; therefore we may not be able to refund your order if the same are your criteria for making a return.

Order cancellation:

• you can cancel your order anytime until it has not been dispatched from our warehouse, and full order amount will be refunded within 2 business days.
• Once the product has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, it can be returned only.
• we will not entertain any cancellation on customized or tailored fit products.
